*The U.S. Postal Service is used for most of our items thus delivery time is usually 7-10 business days. Free shipping only applies to the continental United States. Terms of Payment
Pay Pal is our payment method of choose, however personal checks and money orders are accepted. Please mail personal checks and money orders to P.O. Box 5190 Peoria, AZ 85385. Items ordered will be shipped once personal checks have cleared. A $50 service fee will be charged for all checks returned for insufficient funds.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is a priority. If you are not satisfied with your item please email us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 15 days of purchase. Simply return items in the original packaging and in like new condition with RAN inside (return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer) and you purchase price will be refunded. Clearance/Yard Sale items and DVD's are not subject to a refund or credit.
Refused Item Policy
If you refuse an item after it has been shipped to you there is a fifty dollar restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. If the item was a special order the fee is fifty percent of the cost of the item or fifty dollars which ever is greater plus the shipping cost.
Layaway Policy
If you change your mind after an item has been reserved for you there will be a fifty dollar restocking fee. If the item was a special order for you the fee is fifty percent of the cost of the item or fifty dollars which ever is greater plus the shipping cost. Layaways are not extend beyond a three month period or there is a sixty dollar service fee.
Bounced Check Policy
If a check bounces there will be a fifty dollar service fee. Item will be sent only after fees have been paid.
*Drop Ship Orders/Special Orders
Drop Ship Orders/Special orders are our products that come from a secondary party. Delivery time is variable and may be up to four to six weeks. If you change your mind after an item has been ordered for you the fee is fifty percent of the cost of the item or fifty dollars which ever is greater plus the shipping cost.
+ Clearance/Yard Sale
Yard Sale items are just that. Items that are from someone's home and as such are not always new. Most items are however in good to like new condition and most are in still the original packaging. Clearance items are from the store. Clearance/Yard Sale items are not subject to a refund or credit.
